Reception Admissions In 2022 – open afternoons

We are holding three open afternoons on Wednesday 20 October, Wednesday 3 November and Monday 22 November between 12.30 and 3.30 pm. If you have a child that is due to start school in September 2022 and you would like to come and see our Reception class and meet the teacher, Mrs Horton, please click on the link to book a slot: http://wolvertonprimary.org.uk/openday

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to conduct tours of our other classrooms, but you can have a look at our virtual tour.

If you are unable to make either of the open afternoons, we are more than happy to arrange for you to visit after 3.30pm on a Monday or Thursday. During the visit you will be able to meet with the Reception teacher and chat to our Head, Mrs Marjorie Dean.

We have put together a useful page of information on Reception 2022 – including FAQs, pictures of activities and introductions from our staff – you can find that page here .

We look forward to welcoming you to our school.

Wolverton Primary School

Since 1876 education has taken place here at our school, located between the villages of Wolverton and Norton Lindsey, in a beautiful setting in the rolling Warwickshire countryside.  We aim to build on this tradition whilst using the best of modern ideas and methods.  In recent years we have grown in numbers while maintaining high academic standards and improving our facilities.

Children coming to our village school are fortunate in that they benefit from a happy, stimulating environment where each child is valued as an individual and nurtured in a family atmosphere.  Staff, Governors and Parents all work closely together to provide an excellent start to school life.

I hope that this website will enable you to build up a picture of our school and if you would like to come and visit us please call 01926 842214 to make an appointment when I will be happy to show you around and answer any queries you may have.
