Weekly News
Coronavirus
As we are experiencing a high number of cases at the moment, please can we ask that if your child is unwell in any way that you keep them at home and test them regularly with LFD tests. We have seen a growing pattern where children are unwell with a variety of symptoms for a couple of days before they actually show up positive on an LFD.
With regards to siblings of children who have tested positive, Warwickshire County Council’s advice is to have a PCR test done on the sibling and keep them at home until they get a negative result. These measures are to help stop the spread through the school.
At present we are managing to keep all bubbles open despite staff shortages but if any more of our staff go off we may have to consider closing some bubbles and switching to remote learning.
Payments
There are still payments outstanding on the Schoolcomms Gateway for music lessons and the Christmas pantomime. Please log in to your account to check whether you owe anything. Thank you.
Defib funding
So far, we have raised £436 for the purchase of a defibrillator for school. A huge thank you to everyone who has donated so far. If you have not yet sent in a donation or you know anyone outside of school who may like to donate, please speak to Mrs Thirlaway in the office. Thank you for your support.
Kind regards
