A round-up of the latest school news for week ending 25.02.2021
Re-opening of schools to all pupils
Welcome back to the second half of the Spring term, we hope you had a restful half term break.
As you will have seen in the press, schools will be fully open to all pupils from Monday 8 March 2021. We are currently updating our risk assessments and making sure we have everything in place for the safe return of all our pupils and staff. Final arrangements including staggered start and finish times will be sent out next week. We are all very much looking forward to having school fully open again and to welcoming you all back.
Both guitar and piano lessons will start during this first week back, so please ensure your child has their instrument and music in school with them on the relevant days. Guitar lessons on a Tuesday, Piano on a Friday.
Mental health and wellbeing
Attached are some useful phone numbers from Warwickshire Children’s mental health & wellbeing service.
In order to support our children’s mental health we have created a Health & Wellbeing page on our website which is full of links to other useful external websites linked to mental health. https://www.wolvertonprimary.org.uk/our-school/health-and-wellbeing/
Premier Active are trying to gauge requirements for children/parents. If you didn’t get chance to complete the short survey below before half term, please take some time to look at this now. Thank you.
