Weekly News
New door system
As you are aware we had a new door system fitted last year to the school office entrance. This has caused problems as when you ring the bell there is no noise or indication that you can enter. To resolve this we have had a green light fitted. To enter the school please follow the instructions on the keypad which are:
- Press 01 then the bell symbol
- Wait for the green light to show then enter
Please do not try to come in until the green light shows as this just locks the door up again and it has to be released manually. Thank you for your patience.
Payments
Payment requests for the following are now on the Gateway:
- Breakfast Club and breakfast charges for Autumn term 2019 2nd half
- Music lessons for Spring term 2020
- Class 2 trip to Hatton Country World
- PGL – final balance (due 23 March 2020)
- There are still payments outstanding for the Pantomime and breakfast club from previous terms.
Please log in to your account and check to see whether you owe anything. We are fast approaching end of year accounts time so Mrs Thirlaway would like all outstanding payments settled. Thank you.
Lost property
Once again the lost property bin in the office is piling up with unnamed jumpers, cardigans, trousers and other items of clothing. If these items are not claimed by the end of February we will either put them in the second hand uniform sale or recycle them.
Please ensure that all your children’s clothing and belongings are clearly named. Thank you.
Craft Club
Please see attached flyer for craft club this term.
Warwickshire County football finals
Good luck to our football team who are taking part in the Warwickshire County football finals at the Alan Higgs Centre in Coventry next Monday. We look forward to hearing how they get on.
Cross Country
Well done to Zane, Zoe & Dilara who took part in the cross country last Saturday.
Found – lanyard
We have found a lanyard with a key and a memory stick on. If anyone has lost them please see Mrs Thirlaway in the office.
