The latest results for 2017 are as follows:

EYFS

  • 75% of pupils achieve a Good level of development

Year 1 Phonics screening check

  • 70% of pupils working at the (WA) the required level
  • 30% of pupils working towards (WT) the required level
  • 100% of pupils who retook the phonics screening test in Y2 achieved the required level.

KS1 Data

  • 88% of pupils achieved expected standard in reading
  • 75% of pupils achieved expected standard in writing
  • 88% of pupils achieved expected standard in maths  
  • 19% of pupils working at greater depth in reading
  • 13% of pupils working at greater depth in writing
  • 19% of pupils working at greater depth in maths 

KS2 Data 

Reading (test result)

  • The average progress score in reading was +0.9
  • The average scaled score was 107
  • 87% of pupils achieved expected standard and above
  • 33% of pupils working at greater depth/high standard

Writing (teacher assessment)

  • The average progress score in reading was +0.1
  • 87% of pupils achieved expected standard and above
  • 20% of pupils working at greater depth/high standard 

Maths (test result)

  • The average progress score in reading was -1
  • The average scaled score was 105
  • 80% of pupils achieved expected standard and above
  • 20% of pupils working at greater depth/high standard  
  • 73% of pupils achieved expected standard in reading, writing and maths (combined) 

Progress

  • Progress from KS1 to KS2 for reading (0.9) is above average
  • Progress from KS1 to KS2 for maths (0.1) is above average
  • Progress from KS1 to KS2 for writing (-1) is close to England average.
